By accessing or using threadsandsnitch.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
**1. Eligibility**
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
**2. Product information**
We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and dimensions accurately, but screens vary. Slight variation in embroidery placement and garment dye-lot is part of a hand-stitched product and is not a defect.
**3. Pricing & availability**
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted and may change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund in full. Every drop has limited quantities; listing does not guarantee availability.
**4. Orders**
Orders are accepted when you receive an order confirmation email, not at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailable stock).
**5. Payment**
Payment is charged at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store card details.
**6. Intellectual property**
All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, embroidery motifs, and the Threads & Snitch name — is owned by Threads & Snitch or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
**7. User content**
If you submit a review, comment, or photo, you grant Threads & Snitch a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our store and marketing.
**8. Prohibited use**
You agree not to use the Site to: break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape at scale, or impersonate others.
**9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability**
The Site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
**10. Governing law**
