What does made to order mean?

Your selected design is printed after you order, then your piece is shipped. Allow time for production as well as shipping transit.

How long until my order arrives?

Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days once an order is submitted for production. Order processing and shipping transit are additional. Timing can vary, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Estimated standard-shipping transit after dispatch is 2–5 business days to the United States and 10–30 business days to Canada for the current collection. Refer to any product-specific estimate on the product page or at checkout. Check your order status for updates. See shipping and delivery for more detail.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure a garment you already own and love, laid flat, armpit seam to armpit seam, and match that chest measurement to the size chart on the product page. Do not go by the letter on your usual label - it varies between brands. The size guide walks through the full method, and we will answer sizing questions by email before you order.

How do the different styles fit?

Our current garment-dyed tees and pullover hoodies use unisex sizing for men and women, with offered sizes S–2XL. Available sizes and colours vary by product. Use the fit description and size chart on the individual product page in our current collection. Compare the measurements with a garment you already own rather than relying on a usual size or a general size-down rule.

Can I return something if it does not fit?

No. Because every piece is made individually after you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for the wrong size or colour. We can and will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, within 30 days of delivery. What are your garments made from?

Fabric composition and weight vary by product. Check the materials, weight and fit information on the individual product page in our current collection before ordering.

How are the designs applied?

Our current garment-dyed T-shirts and pullover hoodies use original graphics applied with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and Threads & Snitch inside-neck branding. Check the individual product page in our current collection for the design placement and garment details.

How do I wash and care for my piece?

Follow the care instructions on the individual product page and the garment label, as instructions vary by product. Turn printed garments inside out before washing and avoid ironing directly on the design.

Where can I see current designs?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Cross-border orders, including orders shipped from the United States to Canada, may attract import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. Those are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders delivered to the United States and Canada, with no minimum order value. Applicable taxes and any import duties are separate from shipping charges.

How do I track my order?

You will get an order confirmation immediately and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for a few days, that is usually a carrier scanning gap - wait 48 hours, then email us. If your order is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery date, we will reship or refund it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us immediately with your order number. Production starts quickly, and once a piece is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do you offer wholesale?
