At Threads & Snitch, each piece is printed to order after you place your order.

Production time

Production typically takes 2–7 business days once your order is submitted for production. Order processing and shipping transit are additional. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

Shipping times after dispatch

United States: 2–5 business days.

Canada: 10–30 business days.

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order processing or production time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping to the United States and Canada, with no minimum order value. Applicable taxes and any import duties are separate.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves our facility. If you don't see it within 10 business days of ordering, please reach out at threadsandsnitch@gmail.com.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare accurate values on all shipments.

Lost or delayed orders

If a package is stuck in transit for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll either reship or refund.
