Shipping policy
At Threads & Snitch, every piece is made to order after you place it. This lets us avoid overproduction and waste — but it does mean your order takes a little longer than stocked-in-advance brands.
**Production time**
- 2–7 business days to produce and quality-check your piece before it ships. Embroidered items may sit on the longer end.
**Shipping times after dispatch**
- United States: 4–8 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & EU: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
**Shipping rates**
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. We partner with regional fulfilment centres (including Printify's global print network) so your order ships from the facility closest to you whenever possible.
**Tracking**
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves our facility. If you don't see it within 10 business days of ordering, please reach out at [hello@threadsandsnitch.com].
**Customs & duties**
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare accurate values on all shipments.
**Lost or delayed orders**
If a package is stuck in transit for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll either reship or refund.
