01How do the drops work?
Every thirty days we release a small embroidered collection. It stays live until the timer hits zero — then the drop closes for good. No restocks, no reissues. The next drop brings entirely new pieces.
02When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order — production starts when you place yours, which is why nothing sits in a warehouse. Most orders are stitched, finished and shipped within 3–5 business days, with tracking the moment it leaves.
03How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements. Our fits run true to size with a relaxed cut — if you're between sizes and prefer a closer fit, size down; for the oversized look, size up.
04What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unworn pieces in original condition. If the fit isn't right or something's off, write to us and we'll sort it — exchange, credit, or refund.
05How do I care for the embroidery?
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on gentle, and skip the dryer — lay flat or hang. The stitching is built to outlast the fabric, but gentle care keeps every thread crisp for years.
