Shipping & Delivery

Threads & Snitch pieces are printed to order. Here is what to expect from production and shipping transit.

Production time

Your selected design is printed after you order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days once an order is submitted for production. Timing can vary with product availability, order size and busy periods. Order processing and shipping transit are additional. These are estimates, not guarantees. Check your order status for updates.

Transit time

Estimated standard-shipping transit after dispatch is 2–5 business days to the United States and 10–30 business days to Canada for the current collection. Refer to any product-specific estimate on the product page or at checkout. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order processing or production time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders delivered to the United States and Canada, with no minimum order value.
• Applicable taxes and any import duties are separate from shipping charges.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless your region has its own market pricing.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Cross-border orders, including orders shipped from the United States to Canada, may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These are set by your country, not by us, are not included in the price at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You will get an order confirmation immediately and a second email with your tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for a few days, that is usually a carrier scanning gap rather than a lost parcel - give it 48 hours, then email us.

If your parcel is late

If your order is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will reship it or refund you.

Check your address carefully

This matters more with made-to-order than with stocked goods. Once production begins we cannot easily reroute a parcel. If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email threadsandsnitch@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will need to be reshipped at your cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you. Full detail is on the returns and exchanges page.
